We do pull a credit report to verify information, but don’t worry that your score will automatically disqualify you from getting approved. Many different factors are looked at when determining the down payment amount. But a good rule of thumb is 20% of the selling price (or $200 per every $1000 financed). So $10,000 car would be $2000 down. $20,000 car would be $4,000 down.
All vehicles are sold AS-IS. Some units will still have a factory warranty that will transfer to a new buyer. Most vehicles will qualify for a 12mo/12,000 mile service contract through Credit Acceptance depending on age and current mileage at an additional cost. Ask your salesperson about the different VSC (vehicle service contracts) available to you.
